Privacy policy

Your inputs never leave your device. All calculators on FixItHub run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not transmitted to, or stored on, our servers.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which tools people actually use — not just which pages they land on. It records the page visited, whether a tool was used and produced a result, the language you chose, and standard technical details such as approximate location, device and referring site. Your IP address is anonymised before storage.

Google Analytics sets cookies, so nothing runs until you decide. Before you choose, and if you choose essential-only, no data whatsoever is sent to Google and nothing is stored on your device — the tag stays dormant. Measurement begins only when you accept, and even then we never build personal profiles and never sell data. Google processes this data on our behalf, which can involve transfer outside the EU under its standard contractual terms.

Advertising

Ads keep FixItHub free. Our advertising partner is Google AdSense.

AdSense may set cookies to measure and personalise ads. It is never loaded before you accept in the consent banner — choosing essential-only means no advertising cookie is set and the ad library is never downloaded at all. Sponsored links are always labelled as sponsored.

Cookies and your choices

Your choice is remembered in a small cookie named stack-consent, set on freetoolbox.eu so that answering once covers every site in the network instead of asking again on each one. It holds a single word — granted or denied — with no identifier, is never sent to anyone else, and expires after six months. This cookie is strictly necessary: it exists only to record your decision, so it is set whichever option you pick. To change your mind, clear this site's cookies and the banner will ask again. You can also opt out of Google Analytics entirely with Google's browser add-on, and manage ad personalisation in your Google account settings.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask what data relates to you, request its correction or deletion, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Because the tools run in your browser and analytics is anonymised, we usually hold nothing that identifies you — but ask, and we will tell you precisely what exists.
